**Title: Coast to Coast 77** **Plot:** (Hamilton County, OH - 3:55 PM Hit and Run Call) At the Sheriff's Office, Corporal Pete Enderle expresses the fulfillment he feels in assisting those in need, valuing heartfelt gratitude over fame. Recognizing Lawrence, a familiar black male driver, Pete finds his vehicle parked nearby. Upon approaching, he witnesses Lawrence dash inside, only to flee through the back as Pete gives chase, resulting in a taser encounter. Lawrence, sporting distinctive Coolio-style hair, protests his innocence, claiming a child collided with his car and he fled in fear of retribution. Lacking a license and a phone, he mistakenly thought he was in the clear but now faces serious charges.
