(Fresno, CA - 10:02 PM Street Patrol) SW Policing District - CST Officers Paul Cervantes and David Miramontes are on duty as the primary response team for violent incidents. They arrive at a parking lot on Palm Olive, where they find two men in a brawl. After quickly intervening, they restrain both individuals. Charlie, a parolee, claims he was simply walking when the other man attacked him, while the other insists Charlie threw the first punch. With Charlie suffering from amnesia, he struggles to recall vital details, including his address. Officer Maria Flores assists in the situation, ultimately leading to Charlie's arrest while the other man is released.
