Episode Overview
In the Southeast Area Command of the Metropolitan PD, Officer Jack Clark contacts a suspect with outstanding warrants, posing as a representative from Dewercs, announcing that Mr. Rathford has won a free 27" RCA TV. The catch? He must complete a lengthy questionnaire after 30 days. Sergeant Sean Donnelly comments on their tactic of luring felons with promises of prizes. After multiple calls, the eager suspect is arrested at his apartment while waiting for his “prize.” As they explain his warrants, he laments missing out on the TV, jokingly noting his upcoming stay in “Happyland.” Meanwhile, Officer Mike Horn and his canine partner, Eich, are engaged in training exercises, showcasing their bond and teamwork. They receive a call about a white female escapee, leading them to a surprising discovery: a man dressed as a woman. Lastly, Sgt. Debra Gauthier reports on the bike patrol's impressive numbers
