Randy learned the identity of the thief and visited the suspect's home in Henderson, where he uncovered the stolen items. The suspect, a bodybuilder, had previously robbed Jeff at gunpoint and owned an extensive arsenal. Upon obtaining necessary warrants, Randy leads a raid to confiscate the weapons. During the search, they discover a stash of steroids and Jeff's records of high-value sales, leading to his arrest once more. Meanwhile, Officer Thomas Fletcher encounters a struggling woman, Peggy, hiding in the bushes, and learns of her difficult circumstances, including a boyfriend in prison and her recent move to Vegas. As tensions rise, Tom worries for her children left unattended.
