(7:01 PM Shooting Report) Officers Angel Calzadilla and Emilio Canciobello respond to a chaotic scene at the residence of an elderly man. Inside, they discover a disturbing environment, with decaying meat scattered around and a windowsill teeming with flies. It becomes clear that the man is unable to manage his own well-being, as evidenced by the overturned truck in his yard.
