Severide is growing frustrated as Vince Keeler remains unpunished and walks free. At the same time, the team goes above and beyond to rescue a girl who has become trapped in a donation bin. Mouch discovers that Boden’s secretary, Connie, is not to be underestimated. The squad and truck are then dispatched to tackle a significant fire raging inside a 20-story office building in the heart of downtown.
