Episode Overview

During a covert mission, Dawson becomes ensnared in a crumbled parking garage. With no way out, she must think on her feet, tending to several injured people while striving to keep the trapped group calm. At the same time, Casey feels the strain as he juggles more responsibilities, while Kidd starts to doubt Hope after hearing unsettling rumors. To add to the tension, the firehouse is unexpectedly visited by someone surprising.
