Episode Overview
Title: Danger Zone Plot: Blue makes a heartfelt gesture by asking Holly J. to the winter dance in front of the class, but she declines, claiming she has to work. In reality, it’s her night off, as she prefers to be with Spinner at the Dot Grill. While they are together, a former Lakehurst student unexpectedly enters the diner armed. When Blue arrives, Holly J. is compelled to alert him by writing "gun" in the condensation on the window. Unfortunately, Spinner is accidentally shot in the chaos. In a moment of desperation, Holly J. confesses her feelings for him. She bravely persuades the shooter to leave with her, while Spinner is rushed to the hospital with Jane supporting him. He thanks Holly J. for saving his life but reminds her of his commitment to Jane. Afterward, Holly J. attends the dance, where her courage is recognized with applause.
