Episode Overview

Javier informs Felicity about a friend who is giving away his furniture before relocating. Intrigued, she visits the man's apartment and instantly falls for it, imagining a romantic life there with Ben. Without waiting for Ben's return to New York, Felicity secures the apartment. However, when Ben sees it, he realizes it's a “hell hole” plagued by plumbing, electrical issues, and a roach problem. Despite his concerns, he can't bring himself to upset Felicity, who becomes suspicious of their attractive downstairs neighbor. Tensions rise when Ben permits the dancer to use their tub, prompting Felicity's anger. He later apologizes and vows to improve their situation. Felicity eventually decides to give up the apartment, and they talk about their plans to move in together after graduation. Meanwhile, Meghan takes Felicity's spot in a student apartment alongside Elena, Julie, and a new British student, about whom they know little.
