Episode Overview

Matt and Sarah find themselves in a heated disagreement regarding their wedding arrangements, particularly about their decision to skip the engagement ring. Seeking guidance, they turn to Eric, who disapproves of Matt's engagement altogether. Under Eric's influence, Matt ends up purchasing a counterfeit engagement ring for Sarah. Meanwhile, Mary and Lucy head to Buffalo for what Lucy believes is a fun weekend getaway, unaware that Mary has alternative plans. At the airport, Lucy encounters a police officer who extends an invitation for a double date with him and his brother.
