The large Camden family grapples with their feelings as they wait for news on Eric's double bypass surgery. During the procedure, Eric drifts into a dream where he imagines himself as Elvis. Meanwhile, Lucy comes to the realization that Kevin is the right one for her and decides she's prepared to marry him, but he holds off on proposing until Eric offers his approval. Simon voices his frustrations to Annie about Matt and Mary not being around during their father's medical emergency. Additionally, Sarah arrives in Glen Oak to send her best wishes to Eric.
