Episode Overview

Despite being careful, Simon is thrown into a state of alarm when his current girlfriend, Sandra (guest-star Olivia Allen), reveals that she has an STD. Meanwhile, Martin and Mac (guest-star Kyle Searles) stumble upon Ruthie's boyfriend, Vincent (guest-star Thomas Dekker), on a date with another girl. Additionally, Matt, Lucy, Kevin, and Ruthie hesitate to inform Eric and Annie about Mary (Jessica Biel, who does not appear in the episode) expecting another child, while also concealing her abandonment of Carlos and their baby, Charles. Ultimately, Annie decides to travel to New York to see Mary.
