Episode Overview

After making sense of a section from Franz Hopper's diary, Jeremie devises a plan to create a benevolent monster. He successfully combines various techniques to produce the Marabounta, a sphere capable of endlessly replicating itself and consuming any monster it engulfs. Initially, it performs well, but chaos ensues when it detects Aelita's virus, which is connected to XANA. In an attempt to save her, Odd attacks the Marabounta, causing it to spiral out of control and threaten to consume all of Lyoko. To safeguard Aelita and her memories, XANA unleashes his monsters to eliminate the Marabounta, leaving the Lyoko Warriors unharmed.
