Episode Overview
The Walsh family joins a local security patrol, but they struggle to understand the alarm system. Meanwhile, a wealthy African American family moves into the area. Brandon connects with freshman Robbie, who auditions for the Blaze's photography team, but things take a turn when he has a car accident involving his sister, Charise. Charise, who still attends her former school, believes West Beverly is elitist. During dinner with Brandon, her boyfriend Devo attempts to surprise her with flowers but faces unwarranted aggression from the security patrol. Brandon aims to cover the incident, but initially, he finds it hard to get support from Charise, Devo, and Robbie.
