Dylan heads to Mexico, where Kevin and Suzanne have moved their smuggling operation. With Jonesy’s partner gone, Dylan recruits Valerie for help. She flirts with Kevin, successfully extracting information about their bank account. Jonesy transfers the money to an FBI account but is furious when Dylan insists on saving Erica. Just as they’re caught, Jonesy returns with the police and rescues them. Meanwhile, Professor Finley is denied tenure at the university, sparking outrage among his supporters. Brandon tries to calm things down but discovers from Dean Whitmore that parents have accused Finley of attempting to "convert" students, leading to tension between him and Kelly.
