Valerie agrees to attend a seminar hosted by her marketing professor. Afterward, they share a drink, but he makes unwelcome advances and unexpectedly gives her a D on a midterm essay he previously praised, leading Val to suspect retaliation. Encouraged by David and Susan to file a complaint, she hesitates, fearing the fallout might reveal personal secrets. Meanwhile, Susan investigates for the Condor and uncovers a pattern of misconduct, prompting several of Professor Haywood's former students to speak out, which results in his resignation. In another storyline, Bruno brings a letter from Dylan to Toni, leading to their reconciliation. However, Marchette spots them together on campus and is enraged. Ignoring her father's threats, Toni chooses to move in with Dylan. Kelly decides to end her relationship with Colin after discovering he is involved with Claudia for financial support.
