David breaks up with Valerie, placing the blame squarely on her. Meanwhile, Gwyneth confesses her feelings for Noah and asks Valerie to help her win him away from Donna. Val suggests causing chaos at Donna's fashion show, leading Gwyneth to spill wine on several dresses. Noah tells Gwyneth to leave, but Donna confronts him for not cutting ties with her. Val ends up having a one-night fling with the show's photographer, only to find out he struggles with drug addiction. Brandon and Kelly become stressed with wedding planning and work to reunite a refugee with his wife, whom he lost during his medical evacuation from Sarajevo. Sarah reveals to Steve that she’s married but separated, and she chooses to pursue counseling while still seeing him. Frustrated, David erupts when a store refuses to pay him for his jingle.
