Episode Overview

On their actual wedding anniversary, Jamie surprises Paul with a Swiss military knife, while he gifts her a machine designed for making sugary treats. Both are left feeling underwhelmed by their presents. Their day takes a turn when they visit a store, revealing starkly differing views on having children. Later, during lunch with Paul’s sister Susan, the Buchmans attempt to keep her son Nah entertained while she’s on a call. Paul comes to the conclusion that raising kids is much like owning a dog, but Jamie holds a completely opposite perspective.
