Episode Overview

A family of four is eager to leave their cramped loft behind and invest their $200,000 budget into a new home that includes a yard. Ben and Erin present them with two suitable options: a traditional, somewhat outdated home set on 14 acres and a split-level ranch that has a tricky layout. Ultimately, the family chooses their favorite, and Ben and Erin work their magic to create the perfect living space, featuring an open floor plan and a lovely outdoor area complete with an arbor.
