Episode Overview

A woman from Chicago relocates her family to a quaint town in Mississippi, seeking a welcoming home for her children and future grandchild, complete with space for entertaining and a personal retreat. With a reasonable budget, Ben and Erin guide her through two properties: one has an off-putting exterior and a somewhat outdated interior, while the other is smaller and lacks charm. Despite these challenges, Ben and Erin work their magic and ultimately surprise the family with the perfect dream home.
