Episode Overview

Harry is coordinating a charity football match featuring the firemen against the All Stars. Billy "The Kid" Buchan, a Scottish footballer currently without a job, has come from Hong Kong to participate. To kick things off, Harry arranges a press conference at The Grand, where Billy will be staying. Since Billy is known for his drinking problem, his manager, Peter Grant, enlists Ken to keep an eye on him and curb his alcohol intake. This is crucial as Wally Patterson, the Saudi Arabian national team’s manager, and sponsor Abdul Ibrahim are attending with hopes of having Billy as the team’s captain and coach. Grant, who stands to take 25% of Billy's earnings, warns him not to jeopardize this opportunity. Ken picks up Patterson and Ibrahim from the airport and drives them to the hotel, but in the meantime, Billy has consumed an entire bottle of vodka and is far from ready to meet them, especially given the Saudis' high expectations.
