Episode Overview

Dr. Cox finds himself on the brink of suspension, while J.D. is tasked with caring for a high-profile patient, Jordan Sullivan, a demanding board member. After confronting her, J.D. ends up sleeping with her, unaware that she is Dr. Cox's ex-wife. Now, she may be his only chance to prevent Dr. Cox from being fired by the ruthless Dr. Kelso. Meanwhile, Elliot tends to a psychiatrist with his jaw wired shut, ultimately becoming a patient herself. Additionally, Carla’s mother creates drama when she discovers Turk spent the night at Carla's, leading to tension when she later breaks her leg and blames Turk.
