Turk and Carla encounter tension as Carla attempts to reshape her new husband's habits. Meanwhile, Molly Clock (Heather Graham), the fresh psychiatrist at the hospital, befriends Elliot, feeling excluded by Turk, J.D., and Carla. When Turk and J.D.'s car unexpectedly explodes, Carla allows Turk to choose a replacement, only to be surprised when he opts for three scooters instead of a car, reinforcing her belief that she must maintain control. This episode features a special appearance by the Sugarhill Gang.
