Episode Overview
Dr. Clock makes an effort to mediate between J.D. and Eliot as he anxiously anticipates Dr. Cox's decision on who will be appointed Chief Resident. Meanwhile, Molly and Carla find themselves in a minor disagreement, while Eliot and J.D. gradually mend their strained relationship. On a different front, Dr. Cox, Turk, and the Janitor must collaborate to address the needs of a patient, revealing unexpected dynamics among the trio.
