Episode Overview
Mama and Fran are busy organizing green stamps into books when Vint and Naomi return home after a night out with friends. They express frustration about not being able to invite anyone over. Fran suggests throwing a party for their friends, and Mama enthusiastically agrees to prepare dinner while taking Buzz and Sonya, along with Fran, to the movies, leaving Vint and Naomi to enjoy some time alone. As Fran and Mama debate which film to watch, Mama picks E.T. Just as they’re about to leave, Mama suddenly experiences a painful back spasm, and the family rushes to help her to the floor. Despite her discomfort, she encourages Fran and the kids to go ahead, promising to join them later if she feels better. Shortly after, Vint and Naomi's friends arrive, kicking off the party.
