Episode Overview
Mama hosts a neighborhood block party where Mayor Tutwiller is expected to reveal something significant. She believes he will present her with the "Golden Troll" award for the finest yard in Raytown. However, the mayor shocks everyone by announcing that the city council has decided to turn Raylane into the new city dump and intends to purchase all the houses on the block. Despite the others supporting the plan, Mama stands her ground and refuses to move. Meanwhile, Bubba is preparing to move into a dorm, and Vint and Naomi discover an ad for their ideal house, which they can now afford thanks to the compensation from the city. Bubba is also busy researching for a history paper on Raytown's founder, James A. Ray, but struggles to find details about his death.
