Episode Overview

With the mail running late, Mama anxiously awaits her pension check, only to discover that Iola has had it all along. Unfortunately, it's too late to make it to the bank for a deposit. Iola suggests Mama try the new Auto-Teller to avoid her checks bouncing. Mama successfully deposits her check but requests $20, which the machine deducts but fails to dispense. Frustrated, she hits it with her purse, prompting the machine to spit out $800. At dinner, the family and Iola participate in Bubba's class survey about found money. They all initially disagree on what to do with it, but when they learn about Mama's unexpected windfall, everyone suddenly supports keeping the cash, each sharing their spending ideas. However, Mama decides to return to the bank the next day to deposit the money into her account instead.
