Catweazle (1970)

Episode Overview

Catweazle, irritated with Carrot, casts a spell on him just as a local colonel, who has a pet monkey, arrives at the farm. The monkey escapes and makes its way to Castle Saburac. Mistakenly thinking his spell has worked, Catweazle is amused when both he and the colonel refer to the monkey as "boy." The colonel, anticipating the arrival of an old friend he hasn’t seen in years, confuses Catweazle for this guest. After getting drenched, Catweazle changes into clothes the colonel provides. They share a drink, and Catweazle, enjoying the flavor, gets drunk and passes out. Meanwhile, Mr. Bennet and Carrot show up for dinner, and the monkey is discovered.
