Episode Overview

Fisher and Clia, two travel agents, send their client's ultimate fantasy through a pneumatic tube to Mr. Roarke on Fantasy Island. Meanwhile, Roarke works with his assistants, Cal and Harry, to prepare for new guests: Matthew, who regrets not marrying someone else; Ricky, a thrill-seeker eager for an extreme challenge; and Jane, a law student striving to outshine her more intelligent sister, Regina. Ricky's adventure kicks off with a wild helicopter ride, followed by a grueling two days of running, boating, and hang gliding. When he finds this too simple, Roarke invites him to scale a treacherous ice mountain. Tragically, Ricky dies instantly, but he finds himself alongside Roarke, gazing at his own lifeless body. Roarke then shows Ricky all the moments he will miss, including his daughter’s birth. Ultimately, Ricky accepts Roarke's greatest challenge: to truly appreciate life.
