Contractor Rich Groden shares his strategy for improving water drainage from the sun porch roof, and we receive an update on the electricians' work. Our host connects with a window sales representative, who is attempting to order as many standard replacement windows as possible to sidestep the expense of custom options. A concrete beam is fixed in the sun porch, and we also take a trip to meet Dr. Bob Sheets at the National Hurricane Center in Coral Gables.
