Episode Overview
The host begins the episode at "Mt. Trashmore," a major collection site for debris left in the wake of Hurricane Andrew, one of several in South Dade. Back at the house, repairs are underway as the plaster walls are being patched up. The host takes a stroll through the property alongside landscape architect Kevin Holler, who shares his vision for a comprehensive long-term plan. When the new windows arrive, contractor Rich Groden discusses their features and installation process. We also explore the kitchen, where designer Cecilia Luaces reveals her exciting plans. Lastly, we visit a small factory in Miami, where custom cement tiles are being crafted to replace the damaged clay tiles on the house.
