Episode Overview

The renovation of the house continues under the guidance of general contractor Rick Groden, who oversees the installation of window patches, interior plastering, and trim work. He then connects with the contractor responsible for repairing the exterior stucco. Meanwhile, our master carpenter consults with Brian Stamp regarding a concrete pour designed to reinforce the weakened arches in the porch area. Later, he visits a hurricane Andrew-damaged home, where a structural engineer clarifies the reasons behind the collapse. To wrap up the day, kitchen designer Cecilia Luaces manages the installation of the freshly delivered cabinets.
