Before we head to the job site, we stop by the 1827 African Meeting House, which once served as a school, church, and gathering place for Nantucket's black community until the 1920s and is currently undergoing restoration. Contractor Bruce Killen constructs a new door frame for the beautifully restored Victorian double doors, which he and the team then install. After that, we travel to Switzerland to explore one man’s innovative approach to tackling the steep costs of construction and real estate there: high-quality, factory-built homes.
