Episode Overview

Steve and Tom make their way to the Charlestown job site in high spirits, cruising in Tom's boat. Upon arrival, they discover landscape contractor Roger Cook and his team digging up the large granite curbing from the back patio, along with the worn-out concrete steps at the rear. During their work, they uncover an old gravestone. Meanwhile, chimney expert Mark Shaub assesses the condition of the home's four fireplaces and outlines the hefty expenses required to restore them. Later, Steve lends a hand to Tom as they install new floor joists, before heading off to meet one of Charlestown's oldest residents, the Navy Yard.
