A boat arrives, showcasing just how far Steve and our master carpenter have progressed since the simple shingled box they started with on Day 1. Steve expresses his hope that future boaters visiting Manchester harbor will admire the McCues' home and remark on its charm, despite much of it being new. Inside, painter Jim Clark demonstrates how he’s applying tung oil to achieve a deep finish on the music room's mahogany paneling. David McCue tests out his new kitchen with appliance expert Jane Scammon, preparing lunch and highlighting the kitchen’s advanced features. Meanwhile, our master carpenter assists Tom in installing a tarnish-proof brass interior mortise set on one of the new MDF doors, while Steve explores part of the advanced audio system with designer Bob Domus. Richard Trethewey gives Steve a look at the newly renovated master bath.
