Meanwhile, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey guides master carpenter Norm Abram through the mechanical room in the basement, showcasing a gas-fired boiler and an advanced radiant heating system designed for various applications, along with a heat recovery ventilator and a fine mist humidifier. In the kitchen, Norm observes carpenter Charlie Silva working on the bespoke cabinetry, perfectly fitting the base trim to the unique bluestone flooring.
