Meanwhile, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey guides master carpenter Norm Abram through the mechanical room in the basement, showcasing a gas-fired boiler and an advanced radiant heating system designed for various applications, along with a heat recovery ventilator and a fine mist humidifier. In the kitchen, Norm observes carpenter Charlie Silva working on the bespoke cabinetry, perfectly fitting the base trim to the unique bluestone flooring. Outside, irrigation specialist Ed Marchant introduces landscape contractor Roger Cook to the features of the newly installed irrigation system. Kevin also admires the contemporary closet systems from Italy being set up in the master suite.
