Host Kevin O'Connor joins plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey to explore Echo Bridge, a striking 500-foot arched structure built in 1976 that spans the Charles River. Back at the project house, landscape contractor Roger Cook carefully uproots a large shrub from the front walkway to replant it in the backyard for improved privacy. Roger also updates Kevin on the progress of the new fieldstone sitting wall. Inside, general contractor Tom Silva demonstrates the installation of a replacement window in the parlor. Meanwhile, Richard installs radiant heat panels in the entry hall and runs PEX water piping to the kitchen. Master carpenter Norm Abram heads to Germansville, Pennsylvania, to witness countertop fabricator Paul Grothouse create a stunning 3-inch teak island top for the home.
