Episode Overview

Fran becomes upset with Mr. Sheffield after he brings a model home and kisses her in the living room. Dr. Miller explains that her reaction stems from viewing Maxwell as more than just her boss. While at the movies, Fran is taken aback to catch Dr. Miller picking his nose, which repulses her so much that she considers avoiding him altogether. Concerned for Fran, Mr. Sheffield confronts Dr. Miller about his behavior, only to feel humiliated when he discovers that the "inappropriate behavior" Sylvia mentioned was completely different. Meanwhile, after being left by her boyfriend, C.C. invites Niles to an awards show, and they end up having a surprisingly enjoyable evening together.
