Episode Overview

Fran and Niles compete to secure a weekend off from Mr. Sheffield, with Fran emerging victorious. Niles, feeling threatened, accuses her of using her charm to manipulate Mr. Sheffield. In retaliation, he teams up with C.C. to undermine her. Ultimately, Niles and Fran reconcile, and he suggests that Fran invite Mr. Sheffield to the Fine Family Reunion at Niagara Falls, a perfect backdrop for his proposal and an ideal way to grant them both a weekend away. However, Fran misses Mr. Sheffield's romantic intentions, leading to a mishap where he falls and forgets the moment entirely.
