Episode Overview

Donny is celebrating his birthday, but Winnie, the toy tiger cub designed to inflate balloons, is malfunctioning. Doc investigates and finds that Winnie has accumulated dust in her lungs from being stored in the attic for too long. To fix her balloon-blowing abilities, he needs to help clear out the dust from her lungs.
