Doc makes the decision to expand her veterinary clinic by launching a new branch specifically to care for Donny's latest toy, Findo, a robotic puppy. Meanwhile, in a hurry to impress Doc and the other toys with a performance, one of the Twirly Twins mistakenly puts on her magnetic boots the wrong way, causing her to struggle with her tricks.
