Franklin's pals, Beaver and Bear, have formed a band, and he's eager to be a part of it. However, he discovers that his sister Harriet has claimed the very instrument he desires. With some encouragement from his friends, they help him realize that his imagination and creativity are what truly matter, providing him with everything he needs to create his own music.
