Franklin (1997)

Episode Overview

During "Bus Safety Month," Mr. Owl appoints Bear as the "bus patrol officer." Bear knows the safety rules well and appears to excel at his new role. However, when he starts issuing tickets to his friends for breaking the rules, they aren't too pleased with him. Franklin, feeling frustrated, muses about how he would handle the job differently, only to find himself in the same position. In the end, both Bear and Franklin realize important lessons about responsibility and friendship.
