Episode Overview

In San Ignacio, Belize, the team explores caves that the ancient Mayans believed marked the entrance to the underworld's nine layers. These caves were notorious for human sacrifices, including that of the Crystal Maiden, whose bones have become part of the cave floor over time. According to cave guide Emil Gamez, visitors report eerie chanting, glowing orbs, and spirits that seem to pass through them. In the crypt-like area surrounding the Crystal Maiden, people often experience a bizarre energy and unsettling lights. The investigation then shifts to a 14th-century mansion in Queaux, France, where a ghost named Alice haunts female guests. Alice, who passed away in the 1920s from a kidney infection, seems to curse any woman who sleeps in her room with the same affliction, leading even the homeowner's daughter to the hospital! The atmosphere is thick with unsettling phenomena, including full-body apparitions, disembodied voices, unexplained touches, and ominous noises.
