Episode Overview
Title: A Bundle for Britain Plot: Mr. Drysdale praises the Clampetts for amassing $80 million in his bank. Jethro mentions hearing on the radio that the Queen Elizabeth was sold to Philadelphia, prompting Jed to call Faversham in London, who mistakenly confirms that both Queens were sold to the U.S. (referring to the ocean liners, not the monarchs). Concerned about the Queen's finances, Jed decides to withdraw his money to assist her, assuming Mr. Drysdale would be relieved. In response, Mr. Drysdale hires an actor to impersonate the Queen's Finance Minister to return the funds. However, when the actor discovers Jed's wealth, he sells him Canada and hands over the deed to present to the Queen.
