Episode Overview

Jethro launches his own talent agency, JB Enterprises, occupying the entire fifth floor of The Commerce Bank of Beverly Hills. While this is happening, Cousin Roy drops by after a record agent expressed interest in his music back in their hometown. The family decides to head over to JB, eager for Jethro to sign Roy as a client. However, Jethro is dismissive, insisting he doesn't want to represent any "hayseeds." Just as Roy is about to head back home, he catches a glimpse of Elly May in a lovely dress, leaving him speechless. Inspired, he decides to pursue that record company after all.
