Episode Overview

Frustrated by her inability to wear most of her outfits, Edina resolves to shed some pounds. Her anxiety spikes when she discovers that Penny Caspar-Morse, a slender model who has taunted her in the past, will be visiting the office. Despite her failed attempts at exercising, Edina considers Patsy's suggestion of liposuction after Penny arrives sooner than anticipated. Following a terrifying dream about the procedure going awry, Edina opts for a baggy sweatshirt instead. To her surprise, Patsy reveals that Penny is actually blind. Later, in a tipsy confrontation, Edina vents to Penny about her life being ruined, boasting about her newfound success and weight loss, only to accidentally disclose her actual size while placing Penny's hands on her waist.
