Episode Overview
In a serendipitous encounter, Prince Eric, a dashing young Scandinavian royal, meets Kathleen, an Irish maid accompanying the affluent Jenks family. Captivated by her charm, he invites her to a charity ball, unaware that she is oblivious to his royal status. Meanwhile, when Peter's original date cancels, he turns to Christine, who initially declines. After a heartfelt apology, they enjoy a delightful evening together. As Kathleen and Eric share an enchanting night of dancing, the prince’s romantic visions of their future unsettle Kathleen, leading her to flee in tears. The following morning, Eric proposes to her, and she joyfully accepts. In a subplot, Andy Harrington discovers his mother, Barbara, being injected with cocaine by her new fiancé, Frank, leaving him outraged.
