Episode Overview

Barbara Fremont, a lawyer and friend of Christine, has made the bold decision to abandon her career and relocate to South America. Her client and secret lover, John Dunson, has escaped from prison and is disguising himself as her brother, Joe. Christine sees through the ruse, prompting Barbara to confess their plans to flee the country together. Encouraged by Christine, Dunson opts to serve his time, with Barbara vowing to stand by him. Meanwhile, 16-year-old faith healer Rachel accepts a hefty payment to heal the wealthy Garrison Snow but risks her life in the process. Rachel's brother Roy secretly sells her story to tabloid reporter Stella Falco, leading Peter to label Rachel a fraud to protect her from unwanted attention.
