With no toilets available, Karen and Davis set up a porta-potty that sparks a fierce competition among the townspeople. Seizing the moment, Hank launches PÜBER, a mobile toilet service. Believing she caused the blockage, Wanda ventures into the sewer to fix things, while Lacey pays Brent to keep the last functioning toilet under wraps. In a separate subplot, Emma cleverly convinces Oscar to get their family portrait updated after discovering an unused gift certificate.
